  • Walking Wednesdays - Lenten Labyrinth Series

McCausland Chapel - Indoor Labyrinth, Wednesdays 7:30 pm

Lent is a time for introspection and self-reflection, a time to reflect on the core of what it means to live a Christian life which can be especially important during times of change and uncertainty. There are nine spiritual qualities that are considered the bedrock of living a Christian life. Referred to as the Fruit of the Spirit, they are love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.

This year’s theme for our Lenten Labyrinth Walking Wednesday series will be an adaptation of The Living Compass -Living Well Through Lent 2025 Daily Devotional, “Cultivating the Fruit of the Spirit in Heart, Soul, Strength, and Mind.”

Join us on a beautiful indoor Labyrinth for these relaxing experiential labyrinth walks. Each is beautifully designed, complete with candlelight, relaxing music, aromatherapy and a guided reflection lead by a labyrinth facilitator.
